We offer a full range of support services for all your company's IT needs. From basic telephone support to whole network installations. SiM is here to support your business every step of the way.

service contracts

We currently offer 2 support packages. These are for a fixed monthly fee starting from £10*. We provide Remote Access Support (RAS) & Fully Comprehensive Support (FCS) for both Microsoft and Linux based systems and free advice on any intended upgrades. Our prices are per server, PC or laptop, all other hardware is included**.

RAS Package

An invaluable service, whereby using free software which enables a fully secure connection to your network, you will be able to receive almost instant help when you encounter network/system troubles.

  • Patches and service pack management.

  • 10% Discount on any on-site support.

FCS Package

Including all the services mentioned above, your company will receive on-site network/system maintenance. An engineer will be on-site within 4 working hours*** of any reported problems.

  • Firewall installation and maintenance.

  • System recovery.

  • Internet installation and configuration.

  • Installation and configuration of servers, PCs, laptops and network hardware.

PAYG Service

This support service is for companies who perhaps do not want to commit to a monthly contract. An engineer will be on-site within 24 hours of your query. This service is charged by the hour.

  • Includes out of business hours support.****

  • Hardware and software troubleshooting.

  • Virus cleanup and prevention.

  • Firewall installation and configuration.

  • System recovery.

  • Internet installation and configuration.
